Our Apprenticeship Programme

Our Apprenticeship Programme is designed to help you build real skills, gain recognised qualifications and develop confidence in a professional environment – all while earning a salary.

From day one, you’ll be part of real teams, learning on the job and applying your knowledge in practical, meaningful ways. You won’t be watching from the sidelines – you’ll be contributing, supported by experienced colleagues, structured learning and mentoring.

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need years of experience to apply. We’re looking for people who are:

• Curious about technology, digital transformation and how businesses work
• Willing to learn, take feedback and get involved
• Strong communicators who enjoy working as part of a team
• Interested in areas such as IT, data, AI or technology‑enabled roles

Entry requirements will vary by role, but typically include GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and career stages, including school leavers and career‑changers.
