Sales Administrator

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Administrator to support the Commercial and Digital team at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]. This is a newly created role within a fast-paced environment, offering a great opportunity to make an impact. The role will report to the Digital Director. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by handling essential administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on closing deals. You’ll need exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Input sales deals into Salesforce and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Ensure campaign movements are accurately recorded in Salesforce.
  • Update and manage product trackers to reflect client bookings
  • Chase clients for purchase orders
  • Assist Ad Operations with internal and client-facing reports

Key skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience with Salesforce (preferred)
