What to expect

The Retail Capability Specialist is a key member of the Retail Capability team, responsible for contributing to the delivery of functional objectives, always modelling the [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] behaviours, and demonstrating an Operator first mindset. Acting as an advisor, the Retail Capability Specialist will demonstrate their expertise in driving success and support for [Employer hidden] branches, following best commercial and operational practices. Please note due to operational requirement you will need to live in North East England, Merseyside area, South Wales, Hampshire/Dorset, East or West Sussex, Surrey, Buckinghamshire or Lincolnshire.

The Retail Capability Specialist will deliver training, coaching, and capability development for Independent, Scale, and Corporate partner branches. They will provide go live and early days onboarding support for new branches, conduct capability assessments and sign-offs, lead train-the-trainer initiatives and deliver essential training and development as part of triggered support interventions within a structured support plan. They will act as a main point of contact for channel and account teams and support a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement and high performance.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience in Training Delivery, Coaching and Development within a Retail or Operational Environment: In addition you will possess:
•    Knowledge of [Employer hidden] operations and regulatory requirements will be vital to be considered for interview
•    Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders
•    Strong organisational and planning skills; able to manage multiple priorities and regions
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital learning platforms
•    Experience working with franchise or partner networks would be a benefit
•    Demonstrable experience of completing assignments to a high quality to achieve objectives and key results
•    Proven experience collaborating with peers, colleagues, and stakeholders to contribute to the delivery of functional strategy to achieve business objectives
