What to expect
The Scale Partnerships Lead is a key member of the Commercial Operations team, responsible for contributing to the delivery of functional objectives, always modelling the [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] behaviours, and demonstrating a Partner first mindset. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Scale Partnerships Lead will share their expertise in Account management, demonstrating best practice across the growth and commercial operations team.
The Scale Partnerships Lead will support the Scale Partnerships Manager in the delivery of revenue growth, being the key contact for Scale Partners. The Scale Partnerships Lead will drive and accelerate growth across their accounts with excellent relationship management, ensuring strong branch compliance to identify incremental opportunities. They will embody a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance, with a key focus on growth through scalable partners.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have considerable experience in B2B relationship management with a strong understanding of franchise partnerships: In addition you will possess:
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication styles and collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful outcomes and business decisions
• Strategic sales skills, with influencing and negotiating abilities, to include leading and negotiating discussions
• A trusted advisor with the ability to apply knowledge of their own specialism as well as knowledge of related areas
• Commercial business acumen with the ability to make data-driven business decisions
• Proven experience collaborating with peers, colleagues, and stakeholders to contribute to the delivery of functional strategy to achieve business objectives
• Experience in establishing successful, cross-functional stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrable experience of leading on the delivery of project milestones to achieve key objectives
