We are now seeking a commercially driven Category Manager to join our Isleworth team.

The Role

This is a high-impact commercial role responsible for delivering category growth, margin optimisation and supplier performance. You will lead all supplier negotiations including pricing, rebates, marketing agreements, catalogue contributions and early payment discounts, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and robust contract management.

You will manage the full product lifecycle, from sourcing, benchmarking and due diligence through to new product introduction, range consolidation and management of excess or obsolete stock. Maintaining accurate supplier data, pricing structures and contract details will be essential, alongside resolving pricing and invoice queries in a timely manner.

Working closely with Sales, Inventory, Quality Control and Customer Service, you will ensure customer fulfilment is maximised while protecting commercial interests. You will also support enquiries and tenders, produce key reports, and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities.

About You

You will have proven experience in Category Management, Buying or Procurement, with strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen. You are analytical, confident managing supplier relationships, and comfortable working cross-functionally within a fast-paced distribution environment. Experience within PPE or Cleaning & Hygiene categories is essential.

You demonstrate active leadership, collaborate effectively, embrace high performance standards and build strong supplier partnerships aligned to business goals.
