Dental Receptionist

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist who enjoys being the first point of contact for patients and takes pride in delivering a high standard of front-of-house service.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly front-of-house experience
  • Manage the appointment diary efficiently, including bookings, cancellations and follow-ups
  • Handle phone calls, emails and general enquiries
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support administrative processes
  • Assist with patient communication, including reminders and post-appointment follow-up
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and positive patient journey

What We’re Looking For

  • Dental experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Strong front-of-house reception and administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills with a calm and approachable manner
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using practice management systems and handling patient enquiries
  • A team player who enjoys creating a positive patient experience
