About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive our recruitment and talent sourcing efforts. You will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment process. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment cycle, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the growth of our talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition and a solid understanding of HR practices. You should be capable of working independently and efficiently to manage end-to-end recruitment projects and operations. Proficiency with HR software and tools is essential to succeed in this role. Ultimately, you will contribute to the achievement of specific goals and results within the HR department and the broader organization.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Coordinate and facilitate recruitment meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct first round interviews, write accurate candidate summaries, and make informed verdicts on candidates.
  • Interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and candidate records.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader team to understand hiring needs.
  • Implement strategies to improve our talent pipeline and sourcing tactics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.

Preferred

  • Experience in sales or working with sales teams.
