  • Act as Risk Lead for up to three subject areas, depending on your expertise.
  • Support the development and delivery of operational training, SOPs and guidance documents.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is pragmatic, collaborative, and passionate about creating safe working environments. You will bring:

  • Experience working within KPI‑driven environments and partnering with teams to drive improvements.
  • Experience coordinating independent investigations, evidence gathering and reporting.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Risk Assessment.
  • A proactive, proportionate and solutions‑focused approach.

Why [Employer hidden]?
