Relief Assistant Manager

Job Purpose and scope
As a Relief Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our hospice stores across Harrow and Brent. You will work closely with Store Managers at various locations, stepping in during their absence to maintain high standards of customer service, working with staff and volunteers, and drive sales and fundraising efforts.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of supervising a team as the role may require managing shops in the absence of the Manager. It is crucial that in the absence of a manager, the shop continues to run as effectively as when they are present.
You will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to work within a team and manage volunteers, and a passion for working towards targets and supporting the Hospice.
You must be able to travel between our shops in the Harrow and Brent areas.
