We are currently recruiting experienced Domiciliary Care Assistants to support clients across Nottingham, helping them live independently and with dignity in their own homes.

Role Overview:

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality personal care and support to clients within their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, promote wellbeing, and ensure each client receives respectful and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support with mobility, meal preparation, and medication prompts.
  • Carry out light domestic tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship.
  • Accurately record and report any changes in clients’ condition or wellbeing.
  • Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and health & safety guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

  • Must be currently living in Nottingham.

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are mandatory.
  • Minimum 6 months of previous experience in domiciliary or health and social care is required.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
