We are recruiting on behalf of Care U Deserve Ltd.— a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider based in Nottingham, delivering compassionate, person-centred home care services across Nottinghamshire. Role Summary:

We are seeking experienced Domiciliary Care Assistants to join the Care U Deserve team. In this rewarding role, you will support clients with daily living activities, helping them remain independent and improving their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care including assistance with washing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support clients with medication reminders and light household tasks.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and social interaction.
• Assist with meal preparation and maintaining a safe environment at home.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or circumstances.
• Accurately document care provided and follow care plans.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a domiciliary or home care setting.
• Right to work in the UK (proof required).
• A caring, compassionate, and professional approach to care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
