Car Build Apprentice

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice within the fast-paced environment of our Build Assembly Department. The role will incorporate the efficient and effective use of a wide variety of assembly practices and processes to deliver these products on time and to the highest level of quality. You will learn assembly processes based on design specifications and engineering drawings, conduct tests and quality control, ensure systems are correctly set up, perform routine maintenance and trouble shooting faults, document and report tests and inspections and manage parts for inventory.

Reporting to a senior member of our build team, your apprenticeship will provide periods of integration across the different areas of our car build team, and you will be mentored by the subject matter expert for each of these. You will learn the theory and practical skills to support the existing Technicians in their day-to-day commitments and become an important and effective part of the team. This role should not be seen as a conventional job, the expectation on you is to make yourself a valuable part of our team, someone with the drive to develop themselves and win at the highest level of motorsport.

This Apprenticeship will take part at our Campus in Brackley, alongside additional learning at a Technical College. Typically, this would be four days per week in the workplace with one day per week in the classroom setting.
