Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking business, who are looking for a confident and ambitious candidate to join their stable and growing team on a permanent basis. A role where no day is likely to be the same as this is not a call centre. It’s a solid mixture of administrative account management and relationship building with clients, with full training provided.

Key duties include:

  • Working as part of a friendly customer service team, maintaining and ensuring an excellent quality of service is provided to all customers.
  • Handling inbound queries professionally and efficiently via both telephone and email.
  • Processing customer orders and taking ownership of the same orders through to completion.
  • Provide information on stock and product availability, pricing etc.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records of all calls, updating other departments with information as required.
