About the Role

As a key member of the Strategy team, you’ll work at the forefront of some of the world’s most exciting stadium and venue projects. You’ll collaborate directly with clients—often international sports teams and entertainment brands—to define project visions, shape briefs, and bring creative concepts to life. Your work will set the direction for major architectural projects, ensuring the client’s ambitions are realised from the earliest idea through to completion.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and participate in client workshops to uncover ambitions and requirements for new venues or expansions.
  • Translate insights into clear, compelling strategies, briefs, and presentations that guide project direction.
  • Develop creative concepts for brand, guest experience, and spatial design, working closely with commercial, architectural, and research specialists.
  • Present ideas and strategies to clients, distilling complex information into visually engaging, client-friendly formats.
  • Act as a “guardian” for the project vision, collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality through every stage.
  • Contribute to a dynamic, multidisciplinary team that’s expanding rapidly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in brand, guest experience, sports branding or property branding
  • Outstanding visual communication and presentation skills—able to turn research and strategy into clear, beautiful client deliverables.
  • Creative ideation skills and the ability to articulate the journey from insight to concept.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with international clients.
  • Editorial skills and a keen eye for typographic detail are highly valued.
  • Experience in the sports or entertainment sector is a plus, but not essential.

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive salary up to £55,000 (non-negotiable), plus a bonus scheme that can reach 100% of salary based on company performance.
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office
  • Immediate start available—freelance/contract options considered for the right candidate.
  • Be part of a team shaping the world’s leading sports and entertainment venues.
