Responsibilities

What can you expect?

  • Responsibility for the client satisfaction of the services and products we provide for globally-famous sports teams & leagues
  • Reporting to and working with the Chief Delivery Officer, while working both autonomously and across the company with other team members
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the [Employer hidden] product and how our clients use it
  • Learning and understanding the different processes and skilled work other teams provide for the accounts you’ll be across
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on creative and operational deliveries to ensure top quality service for the client
  • Communicating regularly with clients to understand requirements, process any feedback, set priorities and solve problems, via calls, Slack and email
  • Becoming engaged and knowledgeable in our clients’ sport, league, history and teams Identifying opportunities for adding value and offering new services or features to the client

Qualifications

What's important to us:

  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree
  • Excellent school grades
  • Evidence of a passion for technology, sports or social media (ideally all three!)
  • Proactive attitude; you’re always first on the scene grabbing hold of things
  • A self-starter who has a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clearly with clients
  • The ability to identify, analyse and solve problems efficiently and effectively
  • Strong organisational skills, unparalleled attention to detail and time management
  • Experience liaising and developing relationships with clients
  • Strong creative eye for design and storytelling
  • Evidence of aptitude in learning how to use SaaS products or new digital platforms
  • Ability to prioritise workload and complete tasks to deadlines

Recruitment Process

Firstly, you will be invited for a 30-minute pre-interview via Zoom. We usually ask about your previous experience, future career path and motivation for changing your job, as well as provide you with more details about our projects and working in our team.

Secondly, we will invite you to a second interview (60 minutes via Zoom) with Andy, Chief Delivery Officer. During the meeting, Andy, will find out more about your capabilities plus anything not covered in the pre-interview, and at the same time answers all your questions.

After the interview, you may be given a short test to evaluate your expertise and creativity.
