The school holds high expectations of all students, including excellent standards of behaviour, and are now seeking a Geography specialist to join them in September 2025.

The Role – Geography Teacher:

  • Full-time Geography teaching across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
  • Maintain strong behaviour management and build positive classroom relationships
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive department
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance through regular testing, assignments, and observations.
  • Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
  • Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic progress and behavioural issues.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and school-wide initiatives.

What We’re Looking For – Geography Teacher:

  • Qualified teacher Status (QTS)
  • A strong Honours Graduate in the appropriate subject
  • Experience teaching Geography at KS3–KS5
  • Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
  • A teacher who is hardworking, committed, and compassionate
  • A passion for Geography and inspiring young minds

Salary:

Starting from ECT Outer London Pay Scale, rising to Qualified Teacher Outer London Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) depending on experience.
