Primary Teacher

We’re looking for a Year 3 Teacher to join an Outstanding-rated school in Westminster, supporting a class of 26 children with a range of abilities, some of whom require strong guidance and firm boundaries.

Role Description – Primary Teacher – Year 3

Are you an experienced, confident teacher ready to make a real difference in a vibrant, close-knit primary school? We’re looking for a Year 3 Teacher to join an Outstanding-rated school in Westminster, supporting a class of 26 children with a range of abilities, some of whom require strong guidance and firm boundaries.

About the Role:

In this role, you’ll deliver an ambitious, inspiring curriculum in a school that truly values its teachers and pupils. You’ll help children flourish academically, socially, and emotionally in a close-knit, vibrant community.

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across all core and foundation subjects (excluding PE, Spanish, and Music).
  • Adapt existing planning to meet the needs of your class.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the classroom and manage behaviour effectively.
  • Work closely with supportive colleagues and benefit from a strong mentorship program.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified teacher with experience beyond Early Career Teacher (ECT) level.
  • Strong behaviour management skills and presence in the classroom.
  • Ability to teach in a challenging environment with children who need structure and guidance.
  • Main pay scale candidates up to M6 considered for the right candidate.
