Salary: £24,000–£27,500 (pro‑rata)
About the Role:
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is partnering with a vibrant 3‑form‑entry primary school (Ofsted “Outstanding”) in Hillingdon. We’re seeking an HLTA—ideal for recent graduates stepping into education or experienced support staff ready to lead.
What you’ll do:
- Cover whole classes during teacher absence
- Lead small‑group interventions
- Support classroom teachers during lessons, breaks, and lunchtimes
- Provide updates on pupil progress to teachers and parents
You bring:
- (Preferably) HLTA qualification
- Primary‑school experience, including SEN (e.g. autism, ADHD)
- Strong communication with pupils, parents, and staff
- Ability to work solo and collaboratively
- Awareness of current educational trends
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
