Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic, engaging lessons in Maths across KS3 to KS5.
- Foster a love of learning, helping students develop strong mathematical fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Track and support student progress, driving outstanding results at both GCSE and A-Level.
- Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring mathematics remains challenging, inspiring, and relevant.
- Play an active role in the wider life of the school, supporting enrichment activities and the pastoral wellbeing of students.
- Maintain the highest standards of classroom management, student engagement, and academic achievement.
