  • Carry out behaviour-related enquiries and follow-ups under the guidance of senior staff
  • Facilitate restorative conversations and reintegration plans for students
  • Monitor corridors and classrooms, promoting a calm and purposeful atmosphere
  • Organise and supervise after-school detentions and contribute to the overall culture of high expectations
  • Build relationships with a caseload of students, helping them manage their behaviour and maximise their potential

What We’re Looking For:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (degree level preferred)
  • Experience working with children or young people (school or community settings)
  • A calm, empathetic, and proactive nature
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and equal opportunities

Why Join This School?

  • Make a real difference in student behaviour, wellbeing and outcomes
  • Long-term progression with permanent contracts available
  • Full training and mentorship provided
  • Warm, welcoming, and values-driven school culture
  • Dynamic pastoral and inclusion teams that collaborate and innovate together
