A high-achieving secondary school in Enfield is seeking a Maths Teacher to join their team from April 2024. This role offers the flexibility of a long-term or permanent contract and involves teaching Maths up to A-Level. The school is looking for a passionate and skilled Maths Teacher who can engage students, deliver high-quality lessons, and contribute to the success of the department.
Key Responsibilities of the Maths Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons up to A-Level.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
- Use innovative teaching strategies to maintain high levels of achievement.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and department-wide initiatives.
- Support students of varying abilities, including those with SEND.
About the Successful Maths Teacher:
- QTS preferred, but experienced Maths teachers without QTS will be considered.
- Experience teaching Maths at Key Stages 3-5.
- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Maths.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
- Must be local to Enfield or within a reasonable commute.
