Job title: Year 2 Teaching Assistant / Graduate Teaching Assistant
Age range: 6 – 7-year-olds
Location: Near Shoreditch, Hackney, East London
School:Primary School rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted
Salary: Earn £500 per week with a further increase after 12 working weeks
Job type: Full-Time, term time only for entire academic year. Starting date: September 2024 (Notice periods of more than a week cannot be accepted)
Qualifications: Degree holder with an interest in teaching or building a child or education related career

The Opportunity: Year 2 Teaching Assistant
A wonderful primary school based near the vibrant Shoreditch area of Hackney, East London
Full-time role (Monday to Friday), term time only until July 2025.
Work with an experienced and respected teacher who will mentor you.
Support the whole class, small groups and on a 121 basis.
Perfect for aspiring teachers and psychologists alike – develop your practical understanding of how children learn.
Support their Year 2 class that come from a diverse range of backgrounds including those with SEN/EAL/SEMH and behaviour.
Northern, London Overground and Great Eastern lines within walking distance.
The successful Year 2 Teaching Assistant must:
