SEND Teaching Assistant – Contract – Full-Time – Immediate Start – £500 – £580 Per Week – Enfield

Are you a passionate graduate looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? We are seeking enthusiastic, bubbly, and committed SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team, partnering closely with mainstream secondary and SEND schools across Enfield.

About the Role:

• Full-time position, starting immediately (subject to a successful interview/trial day).
• Year-long contract, with opportunities to grow in the role.
• Work with students with a wide range of needs, including Autism, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) difficulties, and behavioural challenges.
• Provide 1:1 or group support, assisting in creating an inclusive learning environment.
• Learn valuable skills in SEND education with the potential to progress into teaching, pastoral leadership, or other rewarding career paths in education.
