- Job title: EYFS TA - Age Grade: Reception children (4-5 years old) - Location: Near Tooting, Wandsworth, South West London - School:Successful Primary School with a strong rating by Ofsted - Salary: Starting rate of £100 rising to £105 after 12 working weeks - Working Hours: 8.30am – 4pm - Job type: September start, full-time, term time only - Qualifications: Degree holder (Ideally someone interested in a career within teaching) or someone with relevant EYFS/Childcare qualifications

Are you someone who enjoys working with younger children and has amassed solid experience in this area? Would you enjoy working as an EYFS TA and supporting Reception children, helping them with their early developmental milestones so that they enter Year 1 on track?

Would you like to join a small, community-focused primary school with a home-from-home feel, supporting their curious, receptive and imaginative little pupils within their EYFS phase?

This EYFS TA role would be particularly suited to an aspiring Primary Teacher who has a specific interest in training to teach in EYFS/KS1 phase.

- Ofsted happened in 2023 where they achieved a Good with Outstanding features. - Love to Grow their own teachers and currently have 2 ECT’s at the school – the rest are made up of very experienced practitioners. - Working hours 8.30 – 4pm - The school have a strong work-life balance and the head regularly walks around the school at 4.15pm encouraging her staff to go home! - They have strong links with various teacher training providers such as Future Academies, Roehampton University, London teaching alliance and some SKITT programmes - They are also one of the lead schools to have trainee teachers in - Massive on personal development – ensuring their children have access to as many enrichment opportunities that they might not otherwise get the chance to participate in - As their EYFS TA, you will essentially be a key worker and have your own children to teach and develop. They use Read Write Inc Phonics programme and as part of your role you will deliver those interventions – essentially like a mini-teacher role
