About the Behaviour Mentor Role

In this Behaviour Mentor role, you will be working across the school and in the school’s inclusion unit, supporting students who display challenging behaviour. You will build rapport with the students, getting to know what triggers their behaviours and helping them get past these problems to allow them to be educated in the mainstream classroom. Support will be offered by your friendly co-workers and the excellent Director of SEN.
