Looking to join a school where staff feel genuinely valued, supported, and empowered? This high-performing Hounslow academy is the perfect place to take the next step in your education career. With over 1,500 students and a thriving sixth form, the school is renowned for its inclusive culture, exceptional pastoral structures, and commitment to helping every young person feel ambitious and proud of who they are.

  • Maintain a calm, productive classroom environment and uphold school behaviour expectations

  • Strong behaviour management and confidence leading a classroom
  • Broad curriculum knowledge and enthusiasm for learning
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to manage varying subjects and classroom settings

Desirable

  • MA degree or exceptional academic background
  • Previous Cover Supervisor experience
  • Aspiration to progress into teaching

If you are academic, confident, and passionate about supporting young people, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge, growth, and reward.
