We are recruiting Trainee English Teacher for an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ school that offers an academically stimulating environment to train to teach. The staffing body is stable and invested in the school, and they are committed to supporting a graduate to develop into an outstanding teacher.

The Trainee Teaching Programme offers a Fee-Free and Salaried pathway to gain QTS as an English Teacher.

This is a fantastic Secondary School in Bexley, graded Good by Ofsted in 2022 and led by a fantastic Headteacher supported by a team of excellent Assistant and Deputy Headteachers. You will start working at the school in a support capacity working in the English department. You will learn and develop your teaching skills working with small groups and on a 1to1 basis.

As a Salaried Trainee Teacher, you can expect to gain experience across years 7-13 (age range 11-18) teaching up to A-level. Additionally, you will have access to excellent resources & support throughout your training and development.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold an English bachelor’s degree at 2.2 or better
• Hold GCSEs at a C/4 Grade or above in English and Maths (or an equivalent)
