Sales Consultant

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group is seeking a Sales Consultant to generate new business and grow the client base. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, networking, and conducting client meetings. The role offers a negotiable base salary with an uncapped commission scheme, providing the opportunity to earn £40,000+ per annum OTE in the first 12 months.

Hours:

8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

As a Sales Consultant you’ll be a key figure, the face of our service offering to prospective clients, responsible for generating new business and growing the client base. You’ll be working with the Branch Manager and Commercial Manager to devise and implement sales strategies that achieve revenue targets, and onboard accounts that will then be serviced by the Branch Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and grow your branch client base.
  • Learn and understand driving and industrial recruitment market practices.
  • Strategic networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to showcase our services.
  • Liaise with the Branch Manager and Commercial Manager for success.

Salary and Benefits

The base salary for this position is negotiable subject to experience. We provide a generous uncapped commission scheme that opens the opportunity to quickly and realistically earn £40,000.00+ per annum OTE in your first 12 months.
