Now two years in, the business has grown to seven people and surpassed £1m in revenue, with a strong blend of UK, European and early US clients. The founders have a track record of running high-performing teams and have already attracted top talent into it. They operate with a “no rules, rules” culture – the structure is there, but consultants are trusted to own their niche, work how they work best and build creatively without ceilings.
