[Employer hidden] is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. The role involves working across all sections, mentoring junior staff, and requires experience in quality kitchens with a passion for ingredients and cooking.

[Employer hidden] is located at the stunning 5 star Linthwaite House Hotel boasting fantastic views over Lake Windermere. Our fine dining 3AA rosette restaurant [Employer hidden] is open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday and lunch on Sundays, we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team under our Head Chef Mark McCabe.

The Chef de Partie will be an integral part of our kitchen team, working across all sections and helping mentor junior staff.

We are keen to hear from chefs with experience in quality kitchens, a huge passion for ingredients and cooking and the drive to learn and develop themselves and their careers further.

We offer a competitive salary and 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year.
