Commercial Property Solicitor
Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a fresh challenge with an established and progressive law firm? This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and reputable firm offering a varied caseload and the chance to work on high-quality commercial property matters, both regional and nationally.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a wide range of transactions, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Drafting, negotiating, and renewing leases for both landlords and tenants
- Lease extensions
- Right to Buy and Right to Acquire matters
- Agricultural land and property development cases
We’re looking for a confident and capable Commercial Property Solicitor who can demonstrate:
- Solid post-qualification experience (2 years minimum PQE) in commercial property law
- A strong ability to manage a caseload independently
- Excellent drafting skills and up-to-date technical knowledge
- Outstanding communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational abilities, able to meet deadlines under pressure
- A proactive, commercial mindset with an interest in business development
