Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive

Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing, you will manage a varied and rewarding caseload and manage a small team dealing with:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Shared ownership transactions and Right to Buy purchases
  • Transfers of equity and Lease extensions

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong communication and drafting skills
  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
  • A proactive, client-focused approach to delivering legal services
  • Confidence in handling transactions from instruction to completion
  • A flair for business development and maintaining client relationships
  • Good IT literacy, with experience using conveyancing or case management systems
