Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive
Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing, you will manage a varied and rewarding caseload and manage a small team dealing with:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Shared ownership transactions and Right to Buy purchases
- Transfers of equity and Lease extensions
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate:
- A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
- A proactive, client-focused approach to delivering legal services
- Confidence in handling transactions from instruction to completion
- A flair for business development and maintaining client relationships
- Good IT literacy, with experience using conveyancing or case management systems
