We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Catering Manager to lead the end-to-end management of catering services across multiple venues and events. Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Catering Manager to lead the end-to-end management of catering services across multiple venues and events. This role encompasses event planning, contract management, mobilization, operational execution, and demobilization. The ideal candidate is both a strategic planner and a hands-on operator who can seamlessly transition from office-based planning to on-site event leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Event Planning & Strategy:

  • Lead the planning and coordination of catering services for various events and bookings.
  • Manage one or more catering contracts across multiple venues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the overarching catering strategy and operational concepts.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and venue management to ensure alignment with event requirements.
  • Ensure that all services are planned according to client specifications, budgets, and schedules.

Contract & Vendor Management:

  • Negotiate and manage catering contracts, including service level agreements and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee logistics, staffing plans, menu selections, and supply coordination for each event.

Operational Delivery:

  • Oversee on-site execution of catering services during events.
  • Guide and coordinate catering staff, including waiters and food distributors, to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison with venue/site management during events.
  • Monitor service standards and respond proactively to any service issues or guest concerns.

Post-Event & Demobilization:

  • Ensure orderly demobilization of staff and equipment post-event.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on performance metrics and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in catering management or a similar hospitality role.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety standards, and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Experience in menu planning and event coordination is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in catering or event management, preferably in a multi-venue environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food service operations and hospitality best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in commercial catering management 3years required.

Position: Catering and Bar Manager

Salary : 38700 Per annum

Contacted hours: 37.5 hours (full- time);
