What You’ll Do

  • Be the strategic advisor for a portfolio of financial services clients, building strong, long‑term relationships grounded in trust and expertise.
  • Lead onboarding and adoption, ensuring clients quickly see value and feel confident using our fraud and financial crime prevention solutions.
  • Monitor account health, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and guiding clients through evolving regulatory and operational needs.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a seamless, high‑quality client experience.
  • Analyse performance metrics, gather client insights, and spot opportunities for optimisation, expansion, and deeper partnership.

What You Bring

  • Experience in financial services—whether from banking, fintech, insurance, or a related sector—or a strong background in client success, account management, or relationship‑driven roles.
  • A natural curiosity and desire to deepen your expertise in fraud prevention, financial crime, and data‑driven decisioning.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the confidence to manage multiple client priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A consultative mindset, helping clients navigate industry challenges and maximise the value of our solutions.
