We are looking for the right person to be our receptionist and administrator and undertake the following duties:
- Reception duties – meeting and greeting of patients
- Appointment scheduling and processing payments
- Handling enquiries and efficient diary management
- Telephone bookings and rescheduling
- Clinic administration
- Maintaining a clean and professional clinic environment
- You’ll take pride in creating an exceptional customer experience.
