Senior Marketing Manager

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving high-quality lead generation for our global enterprise SaaS business. This is a senior, hands-on role combining strategic Go-to-Market thinking with tactical execution, focused on delivering measurable pipeline impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns, creating compelling content to support those campaigns, and ensuring a consistent flow of high-intent, sales-ready leads into the business for qualification by our US-based SDR team.

Role Overview

[Employer hidden] is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving high-quality lead generation for our global enterprise SaaS business.

This is a senior, hands-on role combining strategic Go-to-Market thinking with tactical execution, focused on delivering measurable pipeline impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns, creating compelling content to support those campaigns, and ensuring a consistent flow of high-intent, sales-ready leads into the business for qualification by our US-based SDR team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working closely with Sales, and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), this role will be critical in supporting [Employer hidden]’ growth ambitions across existing and new sectors, particularly within highly regulated, enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Campaign Delivery

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of balanced inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns across channels including email, LinkedIn, and other paid and organic lead generation platforms.
  • Develop integrated campaign plans aligned to business objectives, target sectors, and buyer personas.
  • Drive both volume and quality of leads, with a strong focus on high-intent enterprise prospects.
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimise campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Create and oversee the development of compelling campaign content, including emails, LinkedIn posts, gated assets, and supporting sales enablement materials.
  • Build content narratives that resonate with C-suite and senior decision-makers in enterprise organisations.
  • Grow [Employer hidden]’ LinkedIn presence, increasing follower numbers, engagement, and inbound interest through high-quality, relevant content.

CRM, Data & Marketing Operations

  • Manage and optimise marketing activity within Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate data capture, campaign tracking, and reporting.
  • Work with data enrichment and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and Apollo to support targeted outreach and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong data hygiene and ensure compliance with data privacy and consent requirements.

Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and the US-based SDR team to align lead definitions, qualification criteria, and campaign follow-up.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure marketing activity supports revenue targets and pipeline growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Customer, and SLT stakeholders to inform messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy.

Strategy, Measurement & ROI

  • Contribute to Go-to-Market strategies for entering new sectors and markets.
  • Define, track, and report on clear performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and inform future investment decisions.

Skills & Experience

This role is designed as a senior individual contributor position, with scope to influence strategy and execution across the marketing function.

Essential

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a SaaS business, marketing to global enterprise organisations.
  • Strong track record of delivering results-driven lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Experience creating high-quality content aligned to enterprise buyer journeys.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into effective, hands-on execution.
  • Demonstrable experience working closely with Sales teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence using data to drive decisions and optimisation.

Desirable

  • Proven experience in marketing to global enterprise organisations.
  • Experience using Zoho CRM for campaign management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar data enrichment and prospecting platforms.
  • Experience marketing into the US market and supporting US-based sales teams.
  • Background in marketing solutions within regulated industries (e.g. privacy, compliance, healthcare, financial services).
