One of the UKs Leading building services engineering companies have an immediate requirement for a Mechanical Estimator to join them at their offices in Northampton.

Location: Office based in Northampton with site visits. NN2 6AA
Salary: Circa £60,000 – £70,000 excellent benefits
As Mechanical Estimator you will be part of pre-contract team who focus on mechanical, electrical and public health services installations within large scale residential, student accommodation and hotel projects.
As Mechanical Estimator you will involve the day-to-day management of the tender process to ensure standards are maintained and deadlines are met. Whilst mechanically biased, the position also demands a wide knowledge of electrical engineering services.
As Mechanical Estimator you will need to demonstrate a broad knowledge of the industry and will have experience in a wide range of sectors, specifically including residential, hotel and student accommodation projects.
This is a permanent, office-based position with strong career prospects.
