Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 depending on experience Annual Bonus

Well established and highly successful firm in the engineering sector require an Internal Sales Executive to join the team. We are looking for dedicated; driven individuals to compliment the current internal sales team. Reporting to the Sales Team Manager, you will be providing high levels of customer service to a nationwide customer base.

Duties

• Providing customers with detailed quotations, technical support & solutions via phone & email
• Processing sales orders & returns when required
• Working with other team members to ensure timely response to all email enquiries
• Following up with outstanding quotations

Candidate Experience

• B2B Technical Sales in a busy sales office
• Customer Service / Technical Support / Internal Sales experience
• Preference will be given to candidates with Electric Motor, Drives, Inverters and associated Gearbox experience.
• Experienced with computer processing systems (e.g SAP, SAGE etc.)
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced industry & busy sales office
• Fully competent with Office computer software (Outlook, Excel)

The role will suit individuals currently working as an Internal Sales Executive, Inside Sales, Inbound Sales, Customer Service, Sales Engineer, Technical Support, Telesales, Telemarketer, Sales Administration and be living within a commutable distance of Kidderminster, Droitwich, Stourport-on-Severn, Bewdley, Bridgnorth, Wombourne, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Stourbridge, Birmingham, Wolverhampton or be willing to relocate.
