Long established engineering firm have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable individual to join the business in an Internal Sales Administrator / Customer Service position.

Working as part of our Sales team, the focus will be on responding to customer requests for information, pricing, and delivery on the well-known and established product range.

Applicants should have Sales / Customer Service / Sales Administration experience, preferably in the Engineering, Mechanical or Heating sector. A self-starter with a flexible approach, you will be conscientious, disciplined, organised, a problem solver, and highly motivated. A hands-on person who is comfortable dealing with people from a variety of disciplines.

The role will suit individuals currently working as an Internal Sales Administrator, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Engineer and be living within a commutable distance of Droitwich, Worcester, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Stourport-on-Severn, Great Witley, Newnham Bridge, Great Malvern, Pershore, Alcester, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Evesham or be willing to relocate.
