A leading and well-established specialist marine / underwater / diving consultancy have an immediate requirement for an experience Project Coordinator to join them at their offices in Aberdeen.

Salary: Circa £45,000 – £50,000 benefits

Ideally you will have previous experience of working within marine / underwater / diving industry and will be located in Aberdeen (office-based role).

As Project Coordinator you will be supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day project management tasks.

This will include:

  • Development and coordination of documents including manuals, bridging documents, designs, procedures, drawings and specifications and schedules.
  • Setting up and attending various kick off meetings, recording and distribution of minutes.
  • Management of project files DPRs etc.
  • Interfacing with client’s; managers, engineers, and document control.
  • Create and revise project plans and schedules using planning tools such as Primavera.
  • Liaise with crew coordinators on crew requirements.
  • Liaise with Equipment and logistics on equipment and material requirements.
  • Assist in the safe and smooth running of all project activities both onshore and offshore.
  • Facilitate communication between all parties.
  • Ensure project procedures are followed and where required the management of change and task risk assessments are completed.
  • Coordinate vessel mobilisations and demobilisations.
  • Ensure project resources are supplied on schedule.
  • Comple project cost reports and end of project reports.
