Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, smoothing, and applying base coats as necessary
• Mix plaster materials according to specifications and apply them to walls and ceilings
• Ensure a high-quality finish by applying plaster with precision and care
• Repair and maintain existing plasterwork as needed
• Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects on time
