Requirements
- Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter
- Proficiency in woodworking techniques and the use of various tools
- Ability to interpret blueprints and plans accurately
- Attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials to specified dimensions
- Ensure all work is performed to a high standard of quality and safety
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
