FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for a skilled Surface/Rotary Grinder to join their team. Responsibilities include all aspects of Surface/Rotary Grinding, using measuring equipment, working on complex components with strict GD&T adherence, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Requirements include experience in Surface/Rotary Grinding, the ability to read technical drawings, and experience with specific machines.

Responsibilities: –

  • Includes all aspects of Surface/Rotary Grinding.
  • Use of measuring equipment to check components.
  • Working on highly complex components with a strict GD&T adherence and being compliance to technical documentation.
  • Maintaining quality and safety standards and ensuring tooling is stored in their correct locations.

Requirements: –

  • Experience in Surface/Rotary Grinding. Cylindrical grinding knowledge would be an advantage.
  • The ability to read complex technical drawings with GD&T’s.
  • The ability to work on the following machines: Jones & Shipman Surface and Cylindrical Grinders with attachments and Perfect 400R Rotary Grinder.
  • Good Organisational skills.
  • A passion for engineering and the appreciation and commitment to achieve our client’s requirements is essential.
