Service Support Coordinator
Are you a highly organised and motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a talented Service Support Coordinator to join our growing Service Desk team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with comprehensive support and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with our field engineering team to ensure all scheduled works are adhered to and completed within the appropriate timescales.
You don’t need service desk experience; simply having the right attitude and aptitude to work in a fast-paced and varied environment is key!
This role will give you the opportunity to support some of the UK’s most famous venues and hospitality groups delivering one-off callout and planned maintenance support.
You will also work alongside an award-winning design, project management, and marketing team!

Key responsbilities:
- Engaging and supporting the field engineering team to deliver the best service for our clients.
- Constantly liaising with engineers and clients to ensure all scheduled works are adhered to and completed.
- Managing your workload and prioritising daily duties efficiently.
- Reacting positively to any new service or equipment requirements.
- Creating and amending job cards.
- Handling supplier queries and finding resolutions.
- Processing purchase orders, including adding them to the database, adjusting stock levels accordingly.
- Working effectively with a busy and friendly office team.
- Ensuring all service-related communication is handled via email, chat and telephone.
The fit:
- Ideally 1 years experience in a similar customer service or coordination role.
- An awareness of service level agreements (SLAs) is beneficial, although not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven organisational and time management skills.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
