Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for sales and a desire to help small businesses succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of TaxMate's services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and TaxMate’s product offering.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, client needs, and potential opportunities for product improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the accounting or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
