Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and run busy shifts with confidence, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience.
- Take charge of P&L management, stock control, target achievement, and business reporting.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to deliver five-star service.
- Ensure full compliance with licenses, risk assessments, and health & safety regulations.
- Manage team rotas and optimise labour efficiency.
Skills and Experience:
- A first-class knowledge of classic cocktails and a deep passion for mixology.
- Strong business acumen with experience in financial management and stock control.
- Outstanding leadership, training, and team-building skills.
- Sharp problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to challenges.
- A hands-on attitude—you’re not afraid to jump behind the bar and smash out a dozen Espresso Martinis when needed!
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed.
