Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations and run busy shifts with confidence, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience.
  • Take charge of P&L management, stock control, target achievement, and business reporting.
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to deliver five-star service.
  • Ensure full compliance with licenses, risk assessments, and health & safety regulations.
  • Manage team rotas and optimise labour efficiency.

Skills and Experience:

  • A first-class knowledge of classic cocktails and a deep passion for mixology.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in financial management and stock control.
  • Outstanding leadership, training, and team-building skills.
  • Sharp problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to challenges.
  • A hands-on attitude—you’re not afraid to jump behind the bar and smash out a dozen Espresso Martinis when needed!
