Chargehand Maintenance Technician
Chargehand Maintenance Technician- Days
Leading FMCG business based in Craigavon looking to appoint a Charge hand for a Monday to Friday day’s role. Turnover in the business is very low and the business is one of the most highly rated business in terms of Engineering.
Person appointed will work closely with a team of Technicians on a day’s basis and will coordinate closely with outside contractors when required. Very structured organisation where the structure and organisation have negated the relentless fire fighting found in other less structured Engineering and Maintenance Teams
Role
- Involved in setting an overseeing PPM’s and projects and still keep a hand on approach
- Trouble shoot for ongoing maintenance recurring issues and provide an action plan
- Become more involved in CAPEX Projects
- Help in the training and coaching of more junior Technicians and lead by example in terms of H/S, Compliance and good manufacturing practice
- Where required, become involved in Site services aspects as well as PPM’
Requirements
- 5 year + Maintenance experience within the FMCG sector in a reputable business and more importantly the ability to deliver a high level of expertise and example to more junior Technicians

Monday to Friday days role and very structured environment
