Engineering Manager

The Role:

As Engineering Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to lead a highly performing Engineering team.  You u will be accountable for  CAPEX projects at the site including capital planning, identifying projects, process optimization, energy management

You will lead the Engineering Team in delivering technical support and contributing to deliver CI processes and future developments.

You will have a very good appreciation of an Asset Management System; knowledgeable on good PPM systems and have used Lean and CI tools to deliver KPI’s

As a Senior Leadership Team member, you will play an integral role in how the company moves forward and delivers its CAPEX plans.

Requirements –

Demonstration of your abilities in a similar Engineering Leadership role for the following:

• Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in a similar role.
• Previous Engineering leadership experience plus proven  CAPEX projects experience within Production or a Manufacturing environment – within  FMCG or a very closely allied sector

This appointment will suit someone holding a degree in an Engineering related discipline, who has come from a highly automated, high calibre food plant and someone who knows “what good looks like”.
