Client is primarily focused on commercial clients, delivering anything from a small office solution to large, complex, industrial grade roof and ground mounted solar projects.   Based primarily in Belfast for a couple days per week the person will also be required to travel to sites throughout NI

Excellent opportunity fro someone from a "hands on" 18th Ed Electrical Installations  background who does not want to walk away from the proper graft but has the ability to step up and take total control of jobs.  Someone who is goood with customer facing issues and who will be an excellent point of contact-  trusted by clients and respected by contractors.   They will be comfortable with design, inspection and testing and surveys

Sector  – Solar PV & Battery storage

Based-  Belfast

Trained as an 18th Ed  electrician, but with contract management capabilities  to work on commercial buildings and occasionally residential dwellings as  required.

You will report to the Operations Director and work closely with our project manager and internal teams or subcontractors. You will be expected to comply with all company policies and procedures, and complete installs to all relevant electrical standards.

Duties:

• – Install solar PV electrical equipment according to project specifications
• – Perform electrical assembly and testing of solar systems and electrical components.
• – Test and troubleshoot solar panel and electrical systems to ensure proper functionality
• – Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and safely
• – Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations during installation process
• – Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used on our in-house CRM system

Requirements:-

• – Previous experience of solar PV installation (preferred)
• – Test and Inspection Certificate (preferred) – training course can be provided
• – Solar PV level 3 (preferred) – training course can be provided
• – Design, Installation and Commissioning of Electrical Energy Storage Systems (preferred) training course can be provided
• – Full clean Driving Licence essential (essential)
• – CSR (essential) and working at heights *or willing to do training courses*
• – Excellent communication and teamwork abilities (essential)
