Service / Commissioning Engineer

Service / Commissioning Engineer – renewables. Client involved with designing, installing and commissioning bespoke renewable energy systems into the residential sector. Opportunity has arisen for a Service Engineer to cover N. Ireland and very occasional border county. Commissioning work will form part of the role but servicing will form the majority of the role and 3 calls per day might be the norm. Technical aspects to the role might lend themselves to someone who has been in the renewables, AC, plumbing/ heating sector with perhaps previous experience with Ground & air heat pumps for the servicing and commissioning aspect. Underfloor Heating and Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems or Solar Systems experience would be ideal too. A proper “hands on” Renewables Graduate or an Engineering Graduate could be considered for the role but would need to have demonstrated the Technical hands on skills required for the role. Ability for writing reports and documentation is a given for the role but more important will be impeccable presentation in terms of dealing with clients in a mannerly and professional way.
